Arrived onsite to flood stop having tripped and very small amount of water in the pan. Checked line pressure and found it to be around 80PSI. Provided and installed Expansion tank. Checked for leaks around unit and on piping and none were present. All accessible insulation was dry. Encouraged customer to keep an eye on water heater and if anything else happens, feel free to reach out to us. No charge for visit as it is under warranty.

Arrived onsite per customer complaint of their AC not working. Upon arrival William let me know that the unit was not functioning correctly and not producing cold air. Provided a price to do a diagnostic. As well provided a price to replace the unit. Customer declined both options. CPI did not charge a dispatch fee. No work was performed at this time. Arrived onsite customer has a water heater doing domestic hot water and radiant heating, presented pricing to the customer to inspect the system, customer declined pricing and was unhappy with the cost.
Checked customer complaint about a clogged kitchen drain line. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the drain line with an auger. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed augering of drain. After augering for a while I was unable to clear the drain. Performed crawl space inspection of the kitchen drain line. Discovered the drain line hade multiple bellies and deformities. Presented customer pricing to repipe the kitchen sink. Checked customer complaint about old manifolds. Customer had two manifolds made of copper and he requested pricing to replace the existing manifolds with plastic ones. Presented customer pricing to replace the existing manifolds with new ones. Customer requested the estimates be sent to his email. Customer called about a leak under the sink. Upon arrival I could see that the p-trap had broken apart and was leaking into the cabinet. There was also a back graded section so I offered to redo the under sink waste pipe. Customer accepted. Removed previous waste pipe and installed new piping up to the trap arm. Tested installation by doing 5 drain down tests on both sinks simultaneously. No leaks detected. Thank you for choosing CPI!
Confirmed with customer that one toilet is having constant blockages and overflowing over the last month and tank to bowl is loose. Also leaking hose bib customer has replaced gasket inside and is still leaking. Provided estimate to camera mainline and check septic tank customer does not want to camera mainline at this time. Removed toilet didn’t find anything blocking flange or bottom of toilet. Removed all old components inside toilet tank and replaced with new tank to bowl gasket, bolts, fill valve supply line and replaced wax seal at flange. Tested verifying proper function and no leaks present. Had to open drywall in garage to access hose bib. Turned water off to building and Removed old leaking hose bib. installed new frost free hose bib Tested verifying no leaks present. If toilet continues to back up suggest getting mainline inspected. Performed work as proposed isolated water to recirculating pump. Customer was not getting hot water for over 3 minutes at each faucet. Removed old pump and installed new ball valve in order to purge air out of the lines when installing new pump. Installed new pump and purged water lines of air. Plugged in power for pump verifying proper function and no leaks present. Tested kitchen faucet and farthest bathroom faucet from water heater now getting 130 degrees after 10-20 seconds. Arrived onsite today 11/6/2020 to replace the vent damper as proposed. Isolated power to the unit. Removed all existing wires disconnected the venting removed damper and replaced it with the new one. Reconnected all wires powered on the unit. Confirmed operation of the damper and the boiler itself. Boiler was operating correctly and so was the damper. Boiler reached temperature.
